Short turnaround times

Based in Brisbane, our installers make short work of jobs in the southeast corner of Queensland and northern New South Wales - and it doesn't stop there... with our increased network of accredited local installers, we can manage state-wide and interstate projects upon request, with a minimum of fuss.

Whether it's a simple* residential installation, commercial or a large scale industrial application, our professional team can take the stress out of getting you connected and improving your wireless experience. You'll wonder why it took you so long to call!

*If there's one thing we know from expereince - it's that simple does not always turn out to be simple! This can be particularly true for connecting telecommunications in challenging locations, which is our specialty.

Our rates

• $80 / hour travel time (departing from Brisbane)

• $120 / hour per technician (please note: minimum team of 2 technicians), charged in 20 minute increments

• Brisbane suburban rate: $160 for callout and first hour, then $120 / hour charged in 20 minute increments

• Additional outlay may also apply depending on the specific conditions, e.g. danger, hazardous environment, underground, etc.

Zero harm

We are committed to Zero Harm and provide ongoing and up-to-date accredited safety training to our team.

Safety is especially pertinent for our installers who are often working in challenging and potentially dangerous locations such as at heights, using conductive materials, exposed to very high temperatures, in geographically isolated regions etc.

We outfit our team with full PPE, first aid certification and any site inductions required to perform an installation.

Installation technicians are certified in the following safety fields:

• First Aid

• Work Safely at Heights

• Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

• Work Safely in the Construction Industry

• Forklift Operation.
